Location: Remote EST Hours

Duration: 2+ year contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with deep experience in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong foundation in AI technologies. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals, integrating ERP and AI capabilities to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and integration of ERP systems, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance business processes, predictive analytics, and user experience.

• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that are cost-effective and scalable.

• Provide architectural oversight for enterprise-wide initiatives including ERP upgrades, AI integrations, and cloud migrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and system administrators to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose strategic solutions to support innovation.

• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise IT strategy, security, and governance frameworks.

• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including roadmaps, diagrams, and technical standards.

• Support project teams with solution reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimization.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on ERP systems.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions (e.g., Azure AI, Power Platform AI Builder, cognitive services).

• Deep understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and cloud platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
