Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems and automated accounting processes.
Familiarity with financial statement preparation and audit support.
