Location: Remote EST
Our client is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to help modernize their provider network platform and drive enterprise-level transformation within a hybrid cloud and legacy environment. This role requires strong healthcare payer expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead modernization of the provider network platform, working across legacy systems (IBM Mainframe, DB2) and hybrid cloud environments.
Design, document, and guide scalable, secure, and innovative architecture solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align requirements with solution design.
Provide architectural oversight and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and recommend AI/ML and cloud-based tools to enhance business capabilities.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and data privacy standards.
Conduct solution sketching, feasibility assessments, and gap analysis on business requirements.
Contribute to enterprise architecture initiatives, API integration, data governance, and DevOps adoption.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of IT architecture or solutions design experience.
Deep knowledge of healthcare payer systems (claims, eligibility, provider networks).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their enterprise applications.
Hands-on expertise with API design, data architecture, and governance.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and secure software development practices.
Understanding of healthcare IT compliance and regulations (HIPAA, PHI, etc.).
