Location: On site Wilmington, DE

Duration: 1+ year contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support through multiple channels - email, chat, phone, and in-person.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, applications, and devices.

• Set up and support new equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Perform basic network setup and troubleshooting, including connectivity and cabling.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.

• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the IT ticketing system.

• Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.

• Ensure all systems and devices adhere to company security and compliance policies.

Required:

• 3+ years of IT support experience.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Experience with system configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting hardware issues.

• Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
