We are seeking a Business Process Analyst (BPA) with recent, hands-on experience in business process mapping and optimization. This role requires someone with a proven track record of working closely with both IT and business stakeholders to analyze, design, and enhance business workflows-particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement modules).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and design of current and future-state business processes across key customer-facing and operational areas.

  • Work directly with stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities.

  • Support Dynamics 365 CRM projects by translating business processes into system configurations and ensuring alignment with platform capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of business workflows within Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and interviews to gather detailed process information (not just high-level requirements).

  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to validate process and system designs.

  • Deliver clear, concise documentation including process flows, use cases, and SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience in a Business Process Analyst role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping, process improvement, and workflow documentation.

  • Specific project experience involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including business users and technical teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to operational detail.

  • Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN tools).
