We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning experiences that drive employee performance and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, eLearning course development, and performance improvement strategies. This role requires expertise in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and strong visual and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop instructional materials and eLearning courses that align with business objectives and adult learning principles.
Analyze performance gaps and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design solutions that improve knowledge, skills, and on-the-job performance.
Use authoring tools (especially Adobe Captivate) to build interactive and SCORM-compliant eLearning content.
Storyboard course content and apply visual design principles to create clear and engaging user experiences.
Write effective instructional text, compelling copy, audio scripts, and video scripts tailored to diverse learning audiences.
Manage and maintain course content in Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring proper version control and learner accessibility.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using assessment data, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning course development.
Minimum of 3 years of experience identifying performance issues and designing learning interventions.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and other eLearning development tools.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Proven ability to storyboard and design visually engaging and instructionally sound content.
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to develop clear instructional copy and multimedia scripts.
