IT Director (onsite in Watertown, MA) up to $200K base
A Watertown based Therapeutics company is seeking an Associate Director of IT to join their team. This person will be responsible for Infrastructure, Compliance, Security and more.
YOUR CAREER GOALS
Contribute to the mission of scaling secure, compliant IT systems in a fast-paced biotech environment. You thrive in a dynamic setting and are comfortable being a player/coach type of leader, not afraid to get your hands dirty. As a change agent, you will help guide the organization through its transition from an unregulated research environment into a more formalized, compliance-driven organization, ensuring robust infrastructure, security, and IT operations to support groundbreaking drug development programs.
YOUR AMAZING QUALITIES
You are passionate about IT infrastructure, Security, and Compliance, and you bring a wealth of experience in these areas. You recognize inefficiencies and can recommend improvements in a heartbeat. You have strong expertise in:
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Windows fleet, servers, networking, Azure / AWS
- Security & Compliance: GxP, HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GDPR, SOC2, Okta
- IT & Lab Systems: Mac and Windows, Networking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Lab instrument integration, Data storage & backup solutions
