Location: Remote EST hours
Duration: 12 weeks
Starting 9/29 or 10/6
Responsibilities
* Conduct Training for employees who have recently been identified to have clicked links on phishing tests.
* Facilitate 3 live training sessions per week (Mon, Wed, Fri; one session may be in the evening at 5 PM).
* Responsible for delivering the content; it has already been created.
* Engage and answer participant questions.
* Handle some administrative work: email reminders, tracking attendance, session follow-up.
* Review training content (deck already built, first couple sessions recorded for reference).
Required Skills
- Trainign experience.
- Strong facilitation & public speaking skills - able to lead large virtual groups.
- Background/knowledge in cybersecurity (enough to answer questions at a user-awareness level).
- Comfortable with admin tasks (emails, attendance).
