Location: Hybrid Philadelphia - 2 days/week on site

Salary: 110-130K

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer with a background in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience designing, testing, and automating hardware systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware device development, test automation frameworks, and system-level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test hardware components and systems for new and existing products.

• Develop and implement automated test setups to validate hardware functionality and performance.

• Collaborate with firmware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.

• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve hardware issues in prototypes and production units.

• Document test plans, procedures, and results to ensure consistent validation and quality.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across design, validation, and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design, testing, and validation.

• Proficiency with test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB).

• Strong understanding of embedded systems, PCB design, and circuit analysis.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
