Location: Hybrid 3 days/week on site
Duration: 6-12+ months
We are seeking an experienced IT Application Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application implementation, middleware integration, and cloud-based solutions, with a proven ability to manage complex deployments across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage 2-5 projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
* Drive end-to-end deployment of enterprise applications and related technology solutions.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
* Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
* Oversee enterprise application implementations (ERP, middleware, and related systems).
* Ensure adherence to project management best practices, governance, and documentation standards.
* Provide clear communication, status reporting, and executive updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT application projects.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise applications (ERP, middleware, or similar solutions).
* Strong track record of leading successful enterprise application deployments.
* Experience with middleware solutions and integration projects.
* Azure experience preferred; other cloud platforms also considered.
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
