Location: Hybrid Moorestown, NJ - on site 4 days/month
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead ERP integration projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications, and has worked with consulting firms. This role requires strong technical understanding, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure seamless system integrations across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to define integration requirements and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies for integration initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths specific to ERP integrations.
Coordinate data mapping, system interfaces, API connections, and middleware solutions between ERP and other enterprise systems.
Ensure alignment between technical teams, business units, and consulting partners.
Track project performance, report progress to executives, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate change management and end-user adoption of integrated systems.
Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships to ensure successful integration outcomes.
Qualifications:
8+ years of project management experience, with significant focus on ERP integration projects.
Experience working with consulting firms.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex integration projects simultaneously.
