Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Automation Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, testing, installing, supporting, and improving automated machines or processes. You will work collaboratively in a team environment to solve complex problems and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for innovation in automation and robotics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document automated machines or processes.
- Test and install automation systems while ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automated machinery.
- Troubleshoot issues with automated machines and implement effective solutions.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within existing processes.
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment.
- Utilize hand tools to build and test designs as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
