We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of tickets, troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues, and communicating effectively with users via phone, remote session, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-person technical support for end users.

• Conduct screen shares and remote sessions to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Handle incoming and outgoing support calls in a professional manner.

• Perform basic triage and repair work on hardware, printers, and applications.

• Run system updates and ensure devices are properly maintained.

• Support technology and assist with setup and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of Helpdesk experience, or equivalent through college IT support or internship experience.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

• Basic understanding of Windows and common applications.

• Ability to troubleshoot printer, network, and software issues.

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
