This is a great opportunity for an experienced Voice Engineer to work with an experienced team on key strategic projects for an enterprise organization. The Voice Engineer will focus on a large voice system migration as well as help to support the current voice environment. If voice engineering is your passion, and you are interested to work with a collaborative team on key organizational initiatives, this is the role for you.
Required Skills:
- Must have 5+ years' experience in voice engineering
- Must have experience with Teams Voice and Zoom Voice
- Previous experience with Avaya voice is ideal
- Must have experience migrating from one voice system to a new voice system
- Experience with Five9s, Content Guru, or other CCaaS platforms is ideal
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently but also with a team with little oversite
- Must have the ability to learn from documentation and be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able communicate with various IT teams as well as business stakeholders on occasion
