Location: Cherry hill, NJ - Hybrid on site 2 days/ week
We are seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. The role focuses on building dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, deploy, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
* Design and optimize data models, datasets, and ETL processes for performance and accuracy.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions.
* Integrate multiple data sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security.
* Implement DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query transformations to support analytics requirements.
* Monitor and optimize report performance and refresh schedules.
* Provide training and documentation to support users in leveraging Power BI effectively.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
* Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
