Location: Hybrid Norristown, PA - 2 days on site, 3 days remote

Responsibilities

Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Learn business processes quickly and apply that knowledge to support technical workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional needs.
Support issue resolution by identifying data discrepancies and recommending improvements.
Assist in documenting processes and system behaviors for cross-functional understanding.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across both technical and operational areas.

Required Skills

1+ year of experience in a technical, analytical, or operations role.
Strong proficiency in SQL query writing.
Ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and functional teams.
Strong desire and openness to learning new business concepts and systems quickly.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
