We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong Digital Signal Processing (DSP) experience to support the development of advanced radar and sensing products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in systems engineering, technical analysis, and algorithm development, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and decompose product requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with system-level objectives.
Perform technical performance measure (TPM) analysis to evaluate system capabilities and risks.
Lead and contribute to radar signal processing algorithm development, including modeling, simulation, and performance evaluation.
Produce detailed algorithm description documents and support system modeling and simulation efforts.
Develop requirements verification plans and test plans to validate correct implementation of system features.
Contribute to product concept of operations (CONOPS) development and system architecture refinement.
Support software verification and formal requirements verification, including integration and test activities.
Collaborate with engineering, test, and software teams to ensure system functionality meets technical requirements.
Required
Digital Signal Processing (DSP) - Hands-on experience with DSP algorithm design and implementation.
Requirements Development - Experience defining, analyzing, and managing system requirements.
