Accounting Specialist
Location: Paoli, PA
Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience across payroll and general accounting functions in a small to mid-sized environment.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for a small employee population, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Perform account reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accounts
Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end close
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll, AP, and AR
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
