We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead modernization efforts for our provider network platform. This role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions within a hybrid cloud environment, supporting enterprise-level initiatives in the healthcare payer space.
Responsibilities
- Drive the modernization of the provider network platform
- Support enterprise initiatives with a focus on healthcare payer systems
- Work with legacy systems (IBM Mainframe, DB2) and hybrid cloud environments
- Design and guide scalable, secure, and innovative solutions aligned with business needs
- Create solution sketches and architectural blueprints
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate and recommend AI and cloud-based tools to enhance business capabilities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
- Review business requirements for completeness and translate them into technical solutions
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years in IT architecture or solution design roles
- Experience in the healthcare payer industry, including claims processing, eligibility, and provider systems
- Mainframe experience, including integration with modern platforms
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise solutions
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving technical discussions
- Expertise in API design and integration
- Knowledge of data architecture and governance
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
