Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (2-3 days on site per week required)
Salary: 120-130K
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and source-to-target mappings.
- Perform advanced SQL-based data analysis and profiling.
- Validate payer data sets, including claims, membership, provider, and clinical data.
- Collaborate with engineering teams
- Apply in-depth understanding of ETL processes from a business systems perspective.
- Partner with data governance and business teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Participate in estimation efforts and define scope for IS team deliverables.
- Lead change management activities and resolve competing business needs effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in business/data analysis and process optimization.
- Experience with with Azure Databricks
- Strong SQL expertise
- Solid understanding of data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- 5+ years in the healthcare industry
- Experience with EDI transactions and care management data standards.
- Familiarity with BI tools
- Knowledge of governance platforms
