Location: Hybrid Wilmington, DE - 3 days/week on site

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform in a large, highly customized environment.
Support and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring stability and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across multiple layers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and optimize workflows.
Provide technical guidance and documentation for implemented solutions.

Required

3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in development and administration roles.
Strong hands-on experience administering ServiceNow in a large, customized environment.
Proven experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and automation.
Ability to debug complex, cross-layer issues effectively.
Comfortable working independently with limited tribal knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
