Location: Hybrid Morgantown, PA (2 days/week on site)
Salary: 160-180K
Required
- 7+ years of MDM architecture experience, including leadership of multiple full lifecycle implementations in large enterprises.
- Deep hands‑on experience configuring and supporting major MDM platforms
- Strong expertise in domain modeling, entity design, hierarchical modeling, and metadata management
- Advanced understanding of ETL/ELT architectures, API frameworks, integration platforms, and data‑quality methodologies.
- Background with complex enterprise environments spanning cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
