Location: Hybrid Wayne, PA (Must be on site 2 days per week)

Duration: 12+ month contract

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS), large-scale telephony migrations, and enterprise disaster recovery strategy. This role will lead complex, multi‑workstream programs focused on transitioning enterprise‑level environments from Avaya to Genesys Cloud, ensuring stability, resiliency, and seamless business continuity throughout.

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management leading large enterprise initiatives.
  • Recent hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud migration programs.
  • Proven experience managing migration from Avaya to Genesys Cloud at enterprise scale.
  • Strong background in telephony infrastructure, SIP, SBCs, contact center technologies, and cloud‑based communication platforms.
  • Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, failover testing, and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑workstream programs with complex dependencies.
