Location: Must be able to come on site 1-2 days a month in Philadelphia
Duration: 1-3 years
Required
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or software engineering within a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy, government).
- Strong proficiency in Python for application development and automation tasks.
- Experience implementing or supporting RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM‑driven workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot, custom frameworks).
- Understanding of regulated‑industry expectations such as validation, change control, traceability, data privacy, and documentation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and secure development practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
