Location: Remote EST

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects within a healthcare environment, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and reporting dashboards.
- Drive strategic planning activities to define project objectives, scope, resource needs, and dependencies.
- Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders-including clinical, operational, technical, and executive teams-to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee budget management, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
- Facilitate project governance through a Project Management Office (PMO) framework, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and best practices.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Lead status meetings, executive briefings, and other communication forums to convey progress and decision requirements.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet organizational, technical, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare environments.
Required
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, clinical systems, or health IT).
- Proven ability to manage enterprise‑level technology initiatives involving complex integrations, data systems, or infrastructure.
- Strong experience working within or alongside a PMO, including reporting, governance, and methodology adherence.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in strategic planning, scope definition, risk management, and project execution.
- Hands‑on budget oversight experience-managing multimillion‑dollar project budgets strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
