Location: Hybrid Philadelphia, PA
We're looking for a hands‑on Lead .NET Developer to guide the design and delivery of modern web applications built on C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Angular. You'll balance technical leadership with active development-setting standards, mentoring developers, conducting reviews, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions make it to production.
Required
- Proven experience leading full‑stack .NET projects in a Lead capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in C#
- Strong front‑end experience with Angular (latest supported versions)
- Expert SQL Server skills (T‑SQL, query optimization, indexing, transactions, execution plans).
- Solid grasp of software architecture patterns (layered, hexagonal, microservices), REST principles, and asynchronous programming.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers and leading design discussions.
