- Salesforce Production Support role
- Own day‑to‑day production stability and issue resolution
- Act as the go‑to support resource for Salesforce issues
- Grow into the team lead for Production Support
Required Skills
- 5+ years Salesforce Production Support experience
- Leadership ability
- Expert (8+ years) Salesforce Development experience
- Strong understanding of LWC and Apex Triggers
- Willing to work in Production Support queue and lead the team in Production Support
- Strong Healthcare Provider data knowledge
- Comfortable with Production Support as 90% of the job
