Staff Accountant

A growing company local to Telford, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support core accounting operations and month-end close activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring balance sheet integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations on a regular basis
Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support the month-end close process, including journal entries and reporting
Assist with financial documentation and audit support as needed
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financials

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1-3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
Strong reconciliation and Excel skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
