Overview

Our client in King of Prussia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support across multiple communication channels on a temp to perm basis. This role ensures customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns and determining solutions

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Process orders, returns, and account updates

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

• Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns

• Support team goals by meeting performance metrics and service standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or office environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
