Our client in Malvern is seeking a Payroll Manager on a Temp to Perm Basis
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state or international employee populations
Supervise payroll team members and provide training, guidance, and performance feedback
Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
Review and approve payroll transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations
Oversee payroll tax filings, year-end reporting (W-2, 1099), and audits
Collaborate with HR and Finance to align payroll with benefits, compensation, and accounting
Implement and maintain payroll systems and automation tools to improve efficiency
Respond to escalated employee inquiries and resolve complex payroll issues
