About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to support financial analysis, strategic planning, and capital-related initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions, growth initiatives, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and capital decisions

  • Provide analytical support for strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Support capital transactions, including financings, investments, and potential acquisitions

  • Assist with due diligence, data room management, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors

  • Prepare financial analyses and presentation materials for executive leadership and Board-level discussions

  • Support evaluation of business development opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion

  • Contribute to clear and consistent financial and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
