Beacon Hill is hiring multiple reliable and dependable IT Help Desk Specialists to join a client project. The ideal candidates will have IT support, ticketing systems and strong customer services skills. This is a short-term project, and we are hiring for multiple shifts and weekend shifts. Candidates must be available to start Monday October 27, 2025.

  • Prior experience in IT support or Help Desk
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Strong listening and follow up skills
