Job Summary
Will define and evolve the product vision and technical roadmap for enterprise systems like Salesforce CPQ, ServiceNow ITSM, and Oracle Siebel. Leading API and webhook strategy across internal/external systems; ensure scalability, performance, and versioning best practices. Driving Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process optimization by leveraging CRM and CPQ solutions; deliver enhancements that reduce cycle times and increase data accuracy. Developing KPIs, OKRs, and metrics dashboards (e.g., using Tableau, SQL) to monitor product performance and inform roadmap prioritization. Incorporating insights from AI/ML trends and Generative AI tools to evaluate future enhancements, analytics, and intelligent automation opportunities. Driving regulatory compliance efforts, aligning digital workflows with country-specific business rules, ensuring secure integration using SSH, PGP, IP whitelisting. Enabling secure, scalable, and performant data exchanges through SFTP, HTTPS, NDM, and encrypted authentication flows. Analyzing and transforming complex requirements into structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and downstream alignment. Conducting UAT/SIT testing, defect triage, and bug analysis using tools like SOAP UI, Postman, IntelliJ, SQL. Facilitating data validation, root cause analysis, and defect resolution across platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and MDM systems. Collaborating with data engineering teams to support enterprise-wide data governance standards for clean, consistent, and compliant datasets. Defining, documenting, and owning the APIs and data exchange flows for secure, event driven integrations (e.g., via REST, JSON, GraphQL). Leading efforts to migrate, modernize, or re-architect legacy systems, data pipelines, and file transfers for improved performance and maintainability. Managing change requests, production issues (P1/P2), and escalations through ServiceNow ITSM workflows to ensure minimal disruption and maximum traceability. Authoring and maintain technical documentation, including user stories, workflows, test cases, error logs, SOPs, UAT plans, defect resolution logs, and data flow diagrams. Position requires up to 100% domestic travel. This position is for full-time, salaried (W-2), permanent employment. REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience, pre or post Master’s degree, in the Software Industry.
