Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity professional. This role requires over five years of cloud-focused cybersecurity experience in a large enterprise environment, along with deep knowledge of major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP and their core services. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cloud security principles spanning network security, IAM, data protection, infrastructure hardening, and logging and monitoring. A solid foundation in DevOps practices is essential, including hands-on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, as well as working knowledge of Python for automation. Responsibilities include delivering cloud security architecture guidance and consulting to both IT teams and business stakeholders, supporting threat modeling, conducting risk assessments, and performing security design reviews across cloud and hybrid environments. The role also involves researching, validating, and implementing cloud security guardrails, identifying cybersecurity risks in architectural designs, and recommending effective mitigation strategies. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and clear communication skills, along with experience designing secure architectures resilient to modern cyber threats. The ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in simple, business-friendly terms is important, as is an understanding of emerging AI-related cybersecurity risks.
