Required Skills:
3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience with Azure Devops, Jira, and Visio
Strong oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Proven ability to analyze financial reports, market research, and operational procedures
Skilled in identifying business opportunities and recommending improvements
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple stakeholders on the business side (Financial analysts & HR Analysts)
Proficiency in data discovery, analysis, and modeling
Ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate across departments
Experience with creating reports, dashboards, and business performance visualizations
Knowledge of testing and improving business processes
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and product managers
Desired Skills:
Project training experience (preferred)
Background in software development (preferred)
Experience with automation and AI-related projects (preferred)
