Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer with 5+ years of experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Candidates should have a solid understanding of networking protocols, hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, and familiarity with firewalls, switches, and routers from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Palo Alto. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to respond to incidents in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication are essential. Experience with change management processes and 24/7 on-call rotation is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
