Required Skills:

Must have at least 5 years of experience or more as a Business Analyst in an enterprise organization

Must have experience facilitating and leading business requirements sessions as well as presenting to executive leaders

Must be polished and able to tailor communication style to appropriate audiences such as executives, IT and business stakeholders

Self-starter; capable of driving initiatives independently

Experience working as a BA on projects that could include but are not limited to: new construction, acquisition, divestiture, operations and/or infrastructure projects

Proficient working within the Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Smartsheet

Proven experience writing user stories, detailed business requirements, and developing scope documentation, including diagrams that identify and map all technical components required for the project

Desired Skills:

Experience working in the Hospitality industry a plus

Experience working with the business side, understands capabilities and able to help form solution

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:

We are seeking seasoned Senior Business Analysts to support high-profile initiatives involving the opening of new locations for our client. This role will be instrumental in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and executed throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, lead cross-functional meetings, and work independently with minimal oversight. A background in new construction, acquisition, divestiture, operations, and/or infrastructure projects is essential, as is experience in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Smartsheet. This is not a role for a business analyst who has been primarily focused on developing software and new features to existing software in sprints. These projects are large, multi-year efforts.
