Responsibilities:
Conducts interviews with end-users/customers to gather business requirements for complex software modifications and enhancements. Engages with external clients to review enhancement requests when necessary.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business needs to translate them into functional specifications. Manages and responds to requests for changes to the original specifications.
Leads design sessions with business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs. Provides consultation to technical teams regarding design and database-related issues.
Computer Skills:
- Visio
- Golden 32
- Securt CRT Design software
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Oracle database; JAVA
- On-line transaction processing (OLTP)
- AIX/Solaris
