Relevant Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative capacity, preferably within HR or data privacy.
Basic understanding of global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws is preferred.
Qualifications:
Deep passion for coaching, developing talent, and working with leaders to build strong teams, talent pipelines, and associate engagement strategies.
Proficient in analyzing HR trends using large datasets and translating insights into practical actions.
Brings positive energy and a solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction.
Skilled in synthesizing complex situations to deliver actionable insights that support business goals.
Over 10 years of experience as a corporate HR Business Partner.
Demonstrated Skills:
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed documentation.
Quick to adapt to new processes, environments, and information.
Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of navigating complex, uncertain situations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of HR programs, initiatives, and processes such as performance management and annual reviews, total rewards, headcount planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Establish and sustain strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders; constructively challenge leadership when necessary and offer clear, actionable talent solutions
Provide guidance, resources, and thought leadership to support organizational change and transition efforts.
Advise and coach managers in building and developing high-performing teams, creating diverse talent pipelines, and enhancing associate engagement. Contribute to talent and performance management programs to ensure they align with business priorities.
Conduct trend analyses using HR data to identify areas of improvement and propose appropriate actions.
Support and deliver training initiatives focused on leadership development, change management, and performance management to enhance organizational capability.
