Relevant Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative capacity, preferably within HR or data privacy.

  • Basic understanding of global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Deep passion for coaching, developing talent, and working with leaders to build strong teams, talent pipelines, and associate engagement strategies.

  • Proficient in analyzing HR trends using large datasets and translating insights into practical actions.

  • Brings positive energy and a solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction.

  • Skilled in synthesizing complex situations to deliver actionable insights that support business goals.

  • Over 10 years of experience as a corporate HR Business Partner.

Demonstrated Skills:

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed documentation.

  • Quick to adapt to new processes, environments, and information.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of navigating complex, uncertain situations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of HR programs, initiatives, and processes such as performance management and annual reviews, total rewards, headcount planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.

  • Establish and sustain strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders; constructively challenge leadership when necessary and offer clear, actionable talent solutions

  • Provide guidance, resources, and thought leadership to support organizational change and transition efforts.

  • Advise and coach managers in building and developing high-performing teams, creating diverse talent pipelines, and enhancing associate engagement. Contribute to talent and performance management programs to ensure they align with business priorities.

  • Conduct trend analyses using HR data to identify areas of improvement and propose appropriate actions.

  • Support and deliver training initiatives focused on leadership development, change management, and performance management to enhance organizational capability.
