Must Haves:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- One or more Juniper certifications - JNCIS, JNCIP, or JNCIE
- Highly technical role providing pre/post-sales Engineering Design/Architecture, Operational, and Support of Juniper products within the customer infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of protocols used for IP service provider networks including technical expertise with configurations, IP based router troubleshooting/operation, switches, and security devices.
- Experience with the following protocols - MP-BGP, ISIS, VxLAN-EVPN, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN.
- Experience supporting the following Juniper products - MX, EX, SRX, ACX, PTX.

- Competence in collaborating with customer engineers and JTAC to resolve hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate case progress and deliver thorough root cause analyses.
- Comfortable supporting both formal and informal technical briefings and training sessions.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert technical insights and analysis, including advanced functional systems evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation guidance for highly complex challenges requiring deep subject matter expertise.
- Actively participate in project meetings to provide updates on progress, issues, and potential risks.
- Engage in all development phases as needed, with a focus on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
- Apply specialized principles, methodologies, and domain knowledge to meet specific project or task requirements.
- Leverage advanced mathematical techniques to solve intricate and narrowly scoped technical problems in engineering and scientific contexts, developing automated solutions.
- Use sophisticated network diagnostic tools to identify and resolve network issues while maintaining detailed logs and records of reported incidents.
- Develop troubleshooting protocols to restore network performance to optimal levels.
- Evaluate and document current network configurations and user requirements at the site.
- Professional certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, or JNCIE are highly desirable.
