Overview:
We are seeking dependable and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume call center engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and customer service skills-even those from retail or other non-call center backgrounds. You will be the first point of contact for callers with questions related to housing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls (300-400 expected across the entire engagement).
- Follow documented scripts for approximately 90% of inquiries.
- Recognize and appropriately escalate 5-10% of cases that fall outside standard guidance.
- Use TeamDynamix ticketing system to document and manage cases.
- Address common caller questions regarding housing assignments.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Clear and effective verbal communication.
- Ability to remain professional, patient, and empathetic with confused or frustrated callers.
- Must be punctual and able to follow directions.
- Call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to navigate and input information into a ticketing system.
