Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. This role requires someone who is comfortable working remotely and providing support via phone to customers, sales representatives, and field operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support over the phone to customers, internal sales teams, and field operation teams.
- Correspond with clients to obtain and verify information, ensuring all communications are clear and professional.
- Offer basic product knowledge and support to assist customers and partners in resolving their inquiries.
- Review and verify the accuracy of service orders and service requests.
- Execute assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner, while maintaining productivity in a remote setting.
- Utilize D365/Dynamics 365 for data entry, case management, and customer interactions.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years' experience in a customer service role
- Must be comfortable providing support over the phone to customers, sales, and field operation teams
- Corresponding with clients to obtain and verify information, and provide basic product knowledge
- Providing support by verifying the accuracy of service orders and service requests
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment
- Experience using D365/Dynamics 365
- Previous experience working in a call center environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred
