Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contract Attorney with Oil & Gas experience for a fully remote temporary role.
Location: Remote (Preference for Central Time Zone or Texas-based candidates). MUST be based in the United States.
Employment Type: W-2
Hours: Estimated 20+ hours/week
Compensation: $55+/hour, depending on experience
Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a global field services organization to identify a Transactional Attorney with field experience in the oil and gas industry. This is a remote contract opportunity with flexible hours and potential for increased workload based on performance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage standardized client contracts
- Collaborate closely with the organization's Associate General Counsel (AGC) and legal department
- Join calls with international entities as needed
- Assist with training on industry nuances within the Luminance platform
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in transactional law and field services for oil and gas
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator
- Familiarity with the Luminance platform is a major plus
- Comfortable working across global time zones
- Based in Central Time Zone or Texas (preferred) - MUST be based in US
