Help Desk Manager compensation: $120K
A professional services organization specializing in IT consulting is currently seeking a Help Desk Manager to join their team.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise the help desk support
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Respond to and resolve high-priority calls for support
- Set specific customer service KPIs
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience supervising tasks related to managing a service desk
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of technical problems
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
