Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney for a part-time, fully remote role with our client. This role is anticipated to last +/- 3 months with the possibility of extension. Candidates may expect to work between 10-20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Texas licensed Trusts & Estates attorney. Essential duties include drafting, reviewing, and revising practical guidance articles on a wide range of trusts & estates topics. Significant substantive experience drafting affidavits, agreements, and other related trust & estate documents preferred. Work will include drafting new content and reviewing and supplementing existing documents with guidance based on case law, statutes, regulations, custom, and personal experience in practice.
