IP Litigation Paralegal
Beacon Hill Legal is working with a tremendous law firm based in DC that is looking for an IP Litigation Paralegal for its growing team.
This role will include supporting litigation attorneys in management of complex IP litigation cases. This role will also provide assistance related to case preparation, document management, legal research, trial support, and provide additional support, as needed.
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working within IP litigation-related roles in a law firm and/or professional services environment. Must have experience with PTAB filings, IPR's, Federal Circuite of Appeals, federal/district filings, and/or similar experience.
