Beacon Hill Legal is assisting one of the top law firms in State College, PA in their search for a Family Law Associate to join their growing practice. This full service firm offers competitive compensation, an excellent reputation, and the chance to develop and learn from some of the top Family Law partners in the area.
Although family law experience is preferred, it is not required. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of firm experience in a litigation group, with a preference for family law. The position requires significant client contact and the ability to excel when working independently. Superior client communication, writing, research, computer, and organizational skills are a must. Experience required in drafting initial pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and extensive motions practice.
