Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a highly respected law firm with an established Corporate practice seeking an Associate with at least two years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or general corporate transactional work. This is a long-term growth opportunity within a collaborative, team-oriented group.

About the Opportunity
The Corporate team works with private and public companies, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses across a broad range of transactions. Associates receive meaningful, hands-on experience from day one and work closely with senior attorneys committed to mentorship and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead portions of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate matters

• Conduct due diligence and assist with drafting, negotiation, and closing

• Collaborate with complementary practice groups (tax, employment, finance, real estate, IP)

• Provide business-focused, practical guidance to clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Corporate M&A experience at a law firm

• Strong drafting and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters and interact directly with clients

• Team-oriented mindset and interest in long-term growth
