A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a team-oriented Litigation Associate with at least four years of experience to join its Denver office. About the Role
The litigation team handles a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation, class actions, business torts, regulatory matters, and appellate work. Associates receive meaningful responsibility, hands-on experience, and early client exposure, with support from experienced partners across multiple offices.
Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions

Manage written discovery, depositions, and hearings

Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with cross-office litigation teams
Qualifications

Minimum of four years of litigation experience at a law firm

Strong writing skills and comfort with motion practice and discovery

Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset and interest in long-term growth within the firm
