experience in medical malpractice litigation.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize medical and other records.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on subpoenas and communicate with providers to obtain needed records to support the litigation team.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, serve, and track subpoenas, including monitoring compliance and coordinating document production<\/li>\n<li>Assist with all phases of discovery, including drafting requests and responses, organizing productions, and managing document review.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and monitor litigation calendars, including court dates, discovery deadlines, and internal milestones<\/li>\n<li>Support motion practice and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and outside counsel regarding case status and procedural matters<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage electronic document management systems and case databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<li>At least two (2) years of medical malpractice litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software;
